About the Job


We seek dynamic, very hands-on and visionary Country Manager to join our thriving Ridel team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the team and further develop, own, and manage our Food Delivery business across the mentioned countries. As the Country Manager, you'll oversee and drive our business operations in your country, guiding the team through evolving challenges. Your primary focus will be on fostering a cohesive team, swiftly adapting to opportunities in the food delivery business, and leading with a hands-on approach. You'll thrive here if you're a creative thinker, skilled at generating business ideas and effectively building compelling cases for them. Importantly, you know how to infuse enthusiasm and enjoyment for both yourself and the team throughout this journey.   • You embrace the concept of continuous improvement and have a knack for turning it into a reality.
  • You possess a strong appetite for experimentation and excel at formulating hypotheses for testing purposes.
  • You're adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously, organizing work effectively, and ensuring an enjoyable journey along the way.
  • Ideally, you have over 3 years of experience in roles focused on business development, operations management, or general management. You understand marketplace dynamics and there is an entrepreneurial spirit in you.
  • Demonstrate a data-driven, analytical mindset, with excellent proficiency in tools like Google Sheets.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, emphasizing team collaboration, exceptional negotiation skills, and fluency in both English and Lithuanian languages.
  • Showcase a proven track record in team management, with a focus on team growth and development.
  • Approach problem-solving proactively and harbor a deep passion for both emerging technologies and the food tech industry.


You are Required to have

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in recruiting, coaching and building teams.
  • Proven track record of working 3+ years in similar position in SMEs/ retail (Country Manager, CEO) or managing a relevant business unit.
  • You are an analytical thinker who loves to solve problems (advanced Excel skills are a must).
  • Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.
  • You are organized. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress well.
  • You are social. You can easily network with people of all backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication & written skills in English and and your local language
